My appreciation goes out to everyone who came out for this very special tribute to Rusty. The players: Nick Branch, Larry Brown, Ricky Rayburn, Mark LaBorde, Zack Taylor, Steve Picou, Brent Moyer, and Joe Sun. Thank you, Leanne Creswell, for your beautiful renditions of Rusty's music. Extra-special thanks to Joe Gilchrist & Pat McClellan for allowing Rusty's music to live on at the FloraBama and for paying him this special tribute at the most important event on the Gulf Coast. Seeing so many friends and now, new fans, made this day even more special for me. As anyone who knows me is aware, I am a true believer in the talent and goodness of Rusty. I am so thankful to have so many people to share the joy he brought to this world. Thank you for being there and, when you see these musicians, thank them for their time in keeping the music alive.
